Please note the following regulations:
Check-in / Arrival from 2:00 p.m.
You are welcome to call us on your arrival day to ask whether your room is available earlier (usually possible if the room was not occupied the night before, which we can only confirm on the morning of your arrival). Spontaneous, unannounced arrivals and leaving luggage in the morning are not possible. We are not always on site. By prior arrangement and if possible, we will gladly accommodate you earlier.
Please notify us of late arrivals after 6:00 p.m. in advance (with the expected arrival time), at the latest by 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival; in case of unforeseen delays, of course, while you are on the way.
Your room key will be placed in the key safe only if we have explicitly arranged this with you in advance. Otherwise, simply call us upon arrival if the reception happens to be unattended. We are nearby, and calls are forwarded.
Check-out / Departure by 10:30 a.m.
If you would like a later check-out, please discuss this with us at the latest the evening before.
Payment is due upon arrival, or - by separate agreement only - no later than the day before your last night. Please note: more and more new debit cards are being issued that are not traditional EC/Giro cards. These debit and credit cards do not work with our system, especially foreign cards.
In such cases, payment in cash is possible and required.
